Sunday, August 25th

  • 2-5pm Club displays and entries accepted in basement of the Main Hall – rear entrance
  • 2 – 5 pm – Department 11 (Youth) exhibits accepted in basement of Grange Hall
    (side ramp entrance)
  • ​2 – 5 pm – Home & Garden exhibits accepted for Departments 13-19, and 23 in Bingo
    Pavilion

Monday, August 26th

  • 9 am -Judging of 4-H displays and entries (Closed to public)
  • 5 -8 pm – departments  13-19, & 23 (Home & Garden) exhibits accepted at the Bingo Pavilion
  • 5 – 8 pm-Department 11 (Youth) exhibits accepted in basement of Grange Hall
    (side ramp entrance)
  • 5 – 8 pm -Department 12 (Hay & Grain) exhibits accepted at the Livestock Barns
  • 5 -9 pm – Big Knob Livestock Club market and breeding animals accepted. Weigh in for all, and walk through for steers
  • 6 pm – Mandatory meeting of all horse exhibitors at the barn. Last chance to
    register to be eligible to participate in the performance classes during the fair.
  • 7 – 8 pm – Rabbit entries accepted at the Barns

Tuesday, August 27th

  • 8 am – 3 pm Open class livestock entries accepted at the Livestock Barns
  • 8:30 am – Home & Garden exhibits judged (Closed to the public)
  • 10 am – Rabbit Judging – Barn
  • 4 pm – Exhibit Buildings and Tents open to the public
  • 4:30 pm – Turkey /Stuffing or Lasagna Dinner (Dining Room) **Until sold out**
  •  6 pm – Parade and Opening Ceremonies with Freedom Big Red Marching Band –
     Outdoor Stage
  • 6 pm – Midway opens – one price wrist bands $20 each
  • 6:30 pm – Ice Cream eating contest for first responders and community officials **Sponsored by Mitsubishi Electric**
  • 7 pm – High School Band Showcase – Track
  • 7 pm – Christian Beck – Outdoor Stage
  • 7 pm – Bingo
  • 7 pm – Goats and lambs judging – Livestock Arena

Wednesday, August 28th

  • 3 pm – Livestock judging – Livestock Arena
  • 4 pm – Exhibit Buildings and Tents open to the public.
  • 4:30 pm – Horse Show Pleasure Classes
  • 4:30 pm – Stuffed Chicken Breast Dinner (Dining Room) **Until sold out**
  • 5 pm – Sponsored Contest Turn In**
  • 5:30 pm – Department 24 Judging at the Antique Farm Equipment Area
  • 6 pm – Midway opens – one price wrist bands $20 each
  • 6:30 pm – 55+ Puzzle Building Contest – Bingo Pavilion **Sponsored by Patriot Home Care**
  • 6 pm – Hog & Steer Judging – Livestock Arena
  • 7 pm – Crows Run Band – Outdoor Stage
